Getting Older? 2 Tips to Keep Looking Young

Posted on: 11 August 2021

If you are getting older, you are likely seeing wrinkles pop up on your face. At first, these wrinkles are faint and hard to see, but over time they will start to appear larger and deeper. Before this happens, there are things you can do to keep mother nature away from you for a while longer.

Use CBD Face and Neck Moisturizing Serum

CBD face and neck moisturizing serum is known to hydrate and moisturize your skin. It also tightens your skin which makes it look much firmer. All these combined can help you look younger, and you will have the added benefit of healthy skin. If you have redness on your face, this serum will also help with that. CBD serum works well if you have skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, or dermatitis.

To use CBD face and neck moisturizing serum you should first wash your face and then apply the serum to your face and neck in the morning when you wake up. You then repeat the process at night before you go to bed. Your skin will absorb the serum within a few minutes.

CBD oil is extracted from a marijuana plant, also known as cannabis. This product does not contain THC, which is the part of the marijuana plant that makes a person feel high. Stay Away from the Sun

The sun can cause wrinkles if you stay in it for long periods of time. This is because ultraviolet rays that come from the sun penetrate your skin and then damages elastic fibers in your skin. These fibers are what help keep your skin stay firm. When the fibers are damaged, wrinkles can develop. The longer you stay in the sun, the more likely you are to get wrinkles.  Along with wrinkles, age spots can appear on the face, hands, etc.

To help with this, do not sunbathe at all. If you are outside, wear sunscreen that is strong enough to protect you from the sun's rays. This is generally at least an SPF15 or above. Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin, especially your face, neck, and hands. If you want to look tan, there are sunless tan creams that you can purchase.

Wear a hat with a brim that is large enough to cover your face if you have to be outside for long periods of time.

Talk to a dermatologist for many more tips on keeping wrinkles away and for help with wrinkles you may already have.
